The Financial Services Consumer Panel (FSCP)


The FSCP works to ensure that the FSA (Financial Services Authority) regulates the financial services industry in the UK in the interests of consumers.  This means that it advises and monitor the FSA on all its policies and activities from an independent consumer point of view.  The FSCP also reviews and comments on wider developments in financial services if it feels that consumers are losing out .
